My experience with Keller Williams (DemoranGroup) , Ocean Springs, MS was frustrating at best. Involved agent showed zero interest in helping . Certainly not a group interested in meeting & exceeding customer expectations.The involved agent did not respond to me or show any interest in answering my questions.I did ALL the leg work in making phone calls & developing information. The specific agent I was trying to work with neither returned my calls or made any attempt to develop information. Seemed completely uninterested.
